But when the war in Ukraine began on February 24, 2022, our focus shifted. We believe that our resources should be used in areas where they can make a lasting impact, and right now, that area is Ukraine.
Customertimes continues to partner with “Blagomay” and “Seeing with the Heart,” charity funds based in Ukraine. We regularly provide them with financial assistance while our colleagues join their initiatives and lend their expertise to make an impact.

Blagomay
The “Blagomay” charity has been caring for kids in more than 100 Ukrainian orphanages for 11 years. They help children of IDPs and fallen heroes and those who have been deprived of parental care, are in difficult life circumstances, or have been affected by the war in Ukraine.
The foundation offers educational, medical, emergency, shelter, and rehabilitation programs.

"Shelter with Love"
The “Shelter with Love” project, developed by “Blagomay,” aims to build dozens of mobile homes for Ukrainians who have lost their housing during the war. Most of these families have been forced to relocate from the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Mykonaiv, and Kharkiv regions.
We have also supported the “Blagomay” initiatives to provide direct aid, including:
A gasoline generator for “Warm House,” the Dolyna regional center of social support for children and families
Winter shoes and sports equipment for kids at the Znamyanska school
Mattresses for Kramotorsk City Hospital No.2
Evacuation of children's home from Ukraine to Germany
Seeing with the Heart
Since 2014, “Seeing with the Heart” has helped children and youth with physical and developmental disabilities by providing social and educational opportunities.
CTzens’ contribution
Our engineers harness their skills not just for innovation's sake, but with a heartfelt intention to create solutions that can help communities. In spring 2023, our technical team - PHP Developer, Designer, and Project Coordinator - joined in to support "Seeing with the Heart" and children. CTzens developed a website, setting up integrations with payment providers so donations can be made directly through the website.
